This wine was fermented sur lie in French oak from Dijon clones grown in the Anderson Family Vineyard in the Dundee Hills. Bottled in May; it’s clean and crisp with good acid and a hint of sweetness. 30 cases produced. |

The fruit is from the Maresh vineyard in the Dundee Hills. It was aged in neutral French oak for over 6 months before bottling. Very low in residual sugar with good acid makes it a pleasant wine for sipping and with many foods. 55 cases produced. |
